slots, you can combine two of the SR-HDPros!* Using the two cards and 16
drives provides sustained throughput of up to 800MB/s in RAID 5 and up to 1000MB/s in RAID 0
with a maximum capacity of 16TB!
 The SR-HDPro
houses 8 high performance SATA II 3Gb/s, 16MB cache hard drives and connects to
the included PCI Express SATA controller via two high-quality 6 foot long locking Multilane /mini SAS
cables (also included). Thanks to the funnel air intake design and the huge
120mm exhaust fan, the enclosure moves a tremendous amount of air across the
drives keeping them cool, but is very quiet.
If there is ever a need to replace a hard drive it's quick and easy! Simply unlock the
slot mechanism and slide the hard drive out, there are no drive trays! Slide in
the new drive (automatically lines up correctly) and lock the slot
mechanism. Done!
